Every guy needs a Naughty Girl!
I or should i say we (Sammie and I) let you in on a lot of stuff that happens in the industry. My thought process is this; if you feel like you know me or Sammie as friends than you will go buy the album. There was no thought process behind this video. A song, 2 artist, a camera and a studio. Its also the 1st music video i ever edited and im in love with doing them now so plans to make more are in the works. It’s Just A Mixtape is a masterpiece and its not finished. 8.5 songs done and Lawd if ya’ll could hear this thang. This song is an approved leak directly from the artist. Sammie is a very self contained artist meaning he is a complete package. It’s a pleasure working for this guy. He can write, sing, perform, vocal produce himself, only thing he can’t do is make beats. I get frustrated when i think about where his career can be if this industry wasn’t so FUCKED UP! “Nice guys always finish last” Anyway let me stop venting, this song is dope, vocals are amazing, backgrounds, harmonies bla bla bla is perfect, Im hating cuz Sammie can sing and i can sang better but i never get the recognition! **sad face**

I scheduled this photoshoot for Sammie because i thought it was about that time. This r&b game is becoming so over-saturated with talentless artist and Sammie is underrated and thrown amongst the artist that CAN’T sing. Let’s just be honest! So our plan is to make the world understand that Sammie is here to stay, 11 years in the game, he is NO longer Lil’ Sammie and the muscles are what the ladies want to see. Im actually listening to this mixtape while i type these post at 5:09am. If you are a music lover and respects all genres (types or versions) of music like i do then you will download this and enjoy it. I always tweet and make fun of my Grandfather with Alzheimer’s but this reminds me of him. You couldn’t tell that man anything about jazz…he already knew. His jazz cd collection is stupid. I think i’ll do a post on that eventually and get a pic of him sitting in front of all of them.

Of course i can’t go in depth of what Sammie tweeted about but its pretty clear what’s going on and why Sammie keeps doing mixtapes and not dropping an album yet. When legal situations are present in the music industry it prevents artist from putting out music from the label so while the attorneys handle that stuff artist keep giving the fans free music. One thing that will never stop is music, no matter how watered down or unsatisfactory it is, it will never stop. So why not give your fans what they ask for.
